Service Description

Screening of foot should be periodically done atleast in every 6 months for persons suffering from diabetes for more than 5 years. This is done primarily to prevent any development of Ulcers. The screening includes the following: *Thorough visual checkups of foot for any active foot diseases *Monofilament test to check for superficial sensation *Tuning fork test for deep sensation *Vascular palpation *Static scanning to determine the areas under pressure if any *Doctor's consultation *Diabetic foot care instruction
